| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou právní úpravy a specifickou úpravou bytových družstev v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do pěti základních kapitol, kdy v první kapitola je pojednáváno obecně o bytových družstvech, druhá kapitola se zabývá členství v bytovém družstvu, třetí kapitola je o hospodaření bytových družstev, čtvrtá kapitola je o přeměnách bytových družstev a poslední kapitola je zaměřena na úpravu dle zákona o obchodních korporacích. Práce se snaží poukázat na specifické problémy řešené v oblasti bytového družstevnictví, které jsou buď zákonem přímo vymezeny nebo byly řešeny soudy v rámci jejich rozhodovací činnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the analysis of legislation and specific regulation of housing cooperatives in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into five main chapters, the first chapter consists of the analysis of housing cooperatives in general, the second chapter deals with membership in a housing cooperative, a third chapter is about economy of housing cooperatives, fourth chapter is about housing cooperatives transformations and final chapter is focused on regulation by the law of business corporations. The work tries to point out the specific problems addressed in housing cooperatives, which are either directly defined by law, or have been settled by the courts in their decision making. |
