dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je teoretická analýza náčelnictví, vztahu náčelnictví a státu a role náčelníků. Práce obsahuje tři části. První část obsahuje popis instituce náčelnictví, náčelníků, státu a moderního státu, evolučních odlišností náčelnictví. Ve druhé části je uvedena politická historie náčelnictví a státu v Ghaně. Zde vidíme pozici náčelníků a náčelnictví. Poté můžeme číst o nepřímé vládě, volbě následníka a o konfliktu mezi Konkomba a Nanumba. Poslední část popisuje tradiční role náčelníků, současné a budoucí role náčelníků, role náčelníků jako prostředníků zejména.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is a theoretical analysis of chiefdom, relation of chiefdom and state and role of chiefs. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part contains description of institution of chiefdom, the chiefs, a state and the modern state, the evolutionary differences of chiefdom. In the second part political history of chiefdom and the state in Ghana are indicated. Here we can see a position of chiefs and chiefdom. Then we can read about the indirect rule, the election of a successor and about the conflict between Konkomba and Nanumba. The last part describes traditional role of chiefs, present and future role of chiefs, role of chiefs as mediators mainly.en
