| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce byla snaha o vysvětlení významu a postavení Slovenské národní rady v průběhu téměř padesáti let, tedy od roku 1943, kdy byla zřízena jako orgán společného odboje proti fašismu, až do roku 1989, kdy se po listopadových událostech vývoj národních zájmů odsunul výrazně jiným směrem. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this MA thesis is to clarity the importance and the position of the Slovakian National Council within fifty years of its existence, from the year 1943 when it was established as a body of social resistance against fascism, to the year 1989 when the focus of the national interests changed markedly after the Velvet Revolution. |
