| Abstract: | Má práce se věnuje soudnímu systému tohoto státu, fungování a zakotvení jednotlivých soudních institucí v tomto státě. S tím je spojené také právo, kterým se tehdejší soudy řídily. Pokud chceme plně porozumět institutům a zásadám, které provázejí dnešní soudnictví a hlavně vedení procesů, měly bychom se vrátit k počátkům vzniku a hlavně důvodům, proč k vytvoření soudnictví došlo. |
| Abstract in different language: | My thesis describes the ancient Egyptian judicial system, its roots and functions of its single judicial institutions. The law was also connected with this ancient system. It determined the procedures of ancient Egyptian courts. For understanding this mature society, its behaviour and development is really important for us. Ancient Egypt has been at the top of its power for thousands of years and it has had one of the most continuing history records ever. The research of its internal functioning and its sustenance of civil order means a return to the roots of single state institutions and principles which were developed during this ancient period. |
