| Abstract: | Práce na téma Česká konfederace pojímá širší období českých dějin od počátků snah o svobodu vyznání po vyhlášení České konfederace. Prvním úspěchem byla Česká konfesse a následně Rudolfův Majestát a porovnání, který byl jednou z hlavních příčin sporů o svobodu vyznání, z důvodu porušování Majestátu ze strany panovníka. Na text České konfederace jsem vytvořil juristický rozbor. Práci zakončuji porážkou stavovského povstání s následnými změnami po bitvě na Bílé Hoře. |
| Abstract in different language: | The estate of Czech Protestants was trying to implement the free choice of religion into the law during the Habsburg era. The Protestants succeeded by claiming a new legal promise called ?the Czech Confession? on the emperor Maxmilian II. Another success of Protestants concerned issuing of ?the Rudolf?s Imperial?, which granted the free choice of religion. Matyas did not have any descendants and therefore the Matyas? successor was Ferdinand II. Following this situation, dissatisfied Czech Estates arranged the Third Prague Defenestration in 1618 and the era known as the Czech Estates? Revolt started. Until the dethroning of Ferdinand, the directoire consisting of 30 Protestant members ruled over Bohemian territories.Nevertheless, a great change of the situation was made soon. The general assembly elected Frederick of the Palatinate as a new ruler and also declared the Czech Confederation.The widely known Battle of White Mountain in 1620 ended the Czech Estates? Revolt and the enforcement of the Czech Confederation. |
