| Abstract: | Práce popisuje nástroje evidence nemovitostí v českých zemích od roku 1918, ale zabývám se i těmi, které byly vydány od počátku evidence nemovitostí do roku 1918. Jednotlivé nástroje evidence nemovitostí popisuji z pohledu předmětu evidence, obsahu evidence a orgánů, které je vedly. V práci se věnuji i vývoji evidence věcných práv k nemovitostem, vývojem zeměměřičství a základními pojmy, které v práci popisuji. |
| Abstract in different language: | In this diploma thesis I describe register of real properties in the Czech lands from 1918 to present, but also I deal with those that have been released since the beginning of the register of real properties to 1918. Individual tools of register of real properties I describe from the perspective of the subject, content and authorities, which led him. In this diploma thesis I devote to the development of property rights registration, development land surveying and basic concepts which I describe. |
