| Abstract: | Diplomová práce nastiňuje problematiku institucionálního rámce Evropské unie s důrazem kladeným na Evropský parlament, který je jednou z jejích nejvýznamnějších a základních institucí. Práce se mimo jiné zabývá vývojem, složením, pravomocemi, zasedáním a způsobem rozhodování tohoto jediného přímo voleného orgánu. Zároveň je také okrajově sledována proměnlivost institucionální struktury a vzájemné vztahy základních orgánů. Předmětem praktické části pak je provedení komparace Evropského parlamentu a Parlamentu ČR. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work outlines the issue of the institutional framework of the European Union, with emphasis on the European Parliament, which is the one of its most important and basic institutions. Work deals with the development, composition, powers, meeting and decision-making of this only directly elected body. It is also marginally observed variability institutional structures and relationships of the principal organs. The subject of the practical part is the comparison of the European Parliament and the Parliament of the Czech Republic. |
