| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu bonity společnosti ŠKODA JS v letech 2006 až 2011 a s výhledem na roky 2012 až 2016. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje především na určení toho, co je to bonita a bankrot a následně popisuje metodiku modelů, které jsou využívány pro zjištění bonity nebo rizika bankrotu. Praktická část se nejprve zabývá samotnou analýzou bonity společnosti ŠKODA JS v letech 2006 až 2011. Následně se zaměřuje na vybrané scénáře vývoje společnosti v letech 2012 až 2016, na kterých prezentuje, jak se situace podniku může změnit při určitých známých skutečnostech. Základním výsledkem práce je určení toho, zda bude společnost ŠKODA JS schopna platit své úvěry. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of a company ŠKODA JS, a.s. during the period 2006-2011 and with outlook on period 2012 to 2016. The thesis contents theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focusing on determination of what is solvency and bankruptcy and there is description of models that are used for finding out solvency or risk of bankruptcy. The practical part deals with solvency analysis of ŠKODA JS from 2006 to 2011. Subsequently, it is focusing on chosen scenarios of company development from 2012 to 2016 where the thesis presents how the state of company can be changed by some known events. The basic result of the thesis is whether ŠKODA JS will be able to repay its debts. |
