| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na reevaluci investice ve společnosti Doosan Škoda Power. Teoretická část se zabývá investicemi a metodami jejich výpočtu. Cílem práce je analýza ekonomické efektivnosti stroje a navržení nového modelu hodnocení. Původní návrh investice je posuzován podle nejčastěji používaných metod. Jedná se o dobu návratnosti, čistou současnou hodnotu, index ziskovosti a vnitřní výnosové procento. Nově navržené metody rozšiřují metody původní o působení inflace v rámci výpočtu čisté současné hodnoty, modifikované vnitřní výnosové procento a metody statické. V závěru práce je stanovisko ke zhodnocení efektivnosti stroje na základě použitých metod. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on investment reevaluation in Doosan Škoda Power Doosan. The theoretical part deals with investments and the methods of their calculation. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the economic efficiency of machine and propose a new evaluation model. The original proposal of the investment is assessed by commonly used methods. This is the payback period, net present value, profitability index, and internal rate of return. The newly proposed methods extends the original methods on the performance of inflation in calculating the net present value, method static and modified internal rate of return. The conclusion of this thesis contains a point of view about the evaluation of the effectiveness of the machine based on the methods used. |
