| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling jako nástroj podnikového řízení. Na vymezení controllingu jako obecného pojmu navazuje teoretický rozbor controllingu pracovního kapitálu se zaměřením na controlling pohledávek. V praktické části je provedena stručná analýza zvoleného podnikatelského subjektu, na níž navazuje finanční analýza a analýza pohledávek. Cílem praktické části diplomové práce bylo metodicky zvládnout zpracování dat z reálných podkladů podnikového informačního systému a provést jejich analýzu. V závěru je provedeno vyhodnocení efektivity controllingových aktivit s návrhem možných opatření. |
| Abstract in different language: | Presented diploma thesis is focused on controlling as an instrument of business management. The definition of the general concept of controlling is followed by theoretical analysis of controlling of working capital with a focus on controlling of outstandings. In the practical part there is performed an analysis of the selected company with financial analysis and analysis of outstandings. Aim of the practical part of the thesis was methodically handle the data processing from real enterprise´s information system and perform the analysis. Finally is made the evaluation of the effectiveness of controlling activities with proposal of the possible improvements. |
