| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na řízení pohledávek ve společnosti Medica Filter s. r. o. Začátek práce je věnován popisu společnosti, který zahrnuje charakteristiku činnosti podniku a popis vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Následuje zhodnocení její finanční situace pomocí finanční analýzy. Hlavní část obsahuje řízení pohledávek a závazků ve společnosti. Řízení pohledávek je zaměřeno na jejich vznik, správu a vymáhání, dále na analyzování současného stavu pohledávek ve společnosti. Řízení závazků zahrnuje jejich vznik, analýzu současného stavu a správu závazků ve společnosti Medica Filter s. r. o. V další části je provedena analýza platební schopnosti podniku a zhodnocena platební morálka. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy opatření pro zlepšení řízení pohledávek ve společnosti, které vychází z vypracovaných analýz. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on dept management in the company Medica Filter s. r. o. The first part describes the company, its business and external and internal environment. Then follow the financial analysis of current situation. The main topic is the management of debts and commitments of the company. Debt management is focused on their origins, control and collection. Moreover produces statistics and analytical reports that continuously describe the structure of debts. The control of commitments on the other hand monitors the commitments of the company and manages the risk of them. The thesis also provides analysis of the liquidity of the company as well as solvency of the debtors. The conclusion summarises the outcomes and proposals to improve the control of debts. |
