| Abstract: | Předložená práce je založená na analýze nákladů, výnosů a výsledku hospodaření společnosti Panasonic AVC Networks Czech, s.r.o. Tato práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. Část teoretická je věnována charakterizování nákladů, výnosů a výsledku hospodaření. Kromě toho jsou v části teoretické vysvětleny základní metody pro řízení nákladů a výnosů. Na část teoretickou navazuje část praktická, která se zabývá představením společnosti její SWOT analýzou a finanční analýzou. Velká část je zaměřena na analyzování nákladů, výnosů a výsledku hospodaření společnosti. Dále je zpracována zjednodušená analýza bodu zvratu. V závěru praktické části jsou navrhnuta určitá opatření vedoucí k optimalizaci nákladů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The present thesis is based on an analysis of costs, revenues and profit or loss of company Panasonic AVC Networks Czech, s.r.o. This thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the characterization of costs, revenues and profit or loss. In addition, this section explains the basic methods to manage cost and revenues. The practical part is a follow up to an theoretical part, which is aimed at introduction of company its SWOT analysis and financial analysis. The great part is focused on the analysis of costs, revenues and profit or loss of the company. Furthermore is elaborate simplified analysis of break even point. In conclusion the practical part are designed to determine measures to optimization of costs. |
