| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zjištění finanční situace zvolené společnosti prostřednictvím nástrojů finanční analýzy, stanovení jejích silných a slabých stránek a následně pak volby strategie, která pomůže společnosti zvládnout případné problémy. Práce se dělí na dvě části a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. První část popisuje finanční analýzu, účel, zdroje, uživatele a ukazatele. Následující část je věnována metodám užívaným ke zjištění finančního zdraví společnosti a její výkonnosti. Druhá část je zaměřena na provádění samotných výpočtů a vyhodnocení jejich závěrů. Na základě získaných informací je zvolena strategie, která je nejvhodnější pro budoucnost společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis work is focused on finding out the financial situation of selected company through financial analysis tools, determining its strengths and weaknesses and after that choice of strategy, which help company manage potential problems. This work is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The first part describe the financial analysis, its purpose, sources, users and indicators. The following part is devoted to methods using to determining the financial health of the company and its productivity. The second half is focused on doing calculations and assessing their conclusions. On the basis of acquired informations is selected the strategy, which is the most suitable for the future of the company. |
