| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem u klienta s respiračním selháním a technikou neinvazivní ventilace. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části popisuji anatomii plic, pleury a fyziologií dýchání. Další kapitoly jsem věnovala způsobu aplikace kyslíkové terapie a umělé plicní ventilaci. Dále zmiňuji využití neinvazivní plicní ventilace při respiračním selhání, ale i nejčastější nemoci, které tento stav způsobují. Poslední kapitola se zabývá dechovou rehabilitací Praktická část je prováděna kvalitativním výzkumem formou kazuistiky. Popisuji dva muže, přijaté na kliniku TRN ? JIP s diagnózou respirační selhání. Zjišťuji především specifika ošetřovatelské péče a její nejčastější problémy. Dále se zajímám o neinvazivní ventilaci, zejména pak o úlohu sestry při napojování na tento způsob ventilace. Snažím se zachytit průběh a možná rizika při odpojování z NIVS. Závěr je doplněn o fotografie pro lepší orientaci v dané problematice. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis deals with nursing process for respiratory failure and techniques of non-invasive ventilation. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the lung and pleura, and physiology. The next charter I pay for oxygen and artificial lung ventilation. I mention in particular the non-invasive pulmonary ventilation, respiratory failure, and the most common diseases that cause this condition. In the last chapter I deal with respiratory physiotherapy. The practical part of the qualitative research is carried out in the form of case reports. I describe the two men taken to a ICU Lung Clinic with a diagnosis of respiratory failure. I find especially the specifics of nursing care, and the most common problems. It is also interested in non-invasive ventilation, particularly about the role of the nurses are and about the progress and the potential risks when disconnecting from the ventilation. At the end I added photos for better orientation in the matter. |
