| Abstract: | Má bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou schizofrenního onemocnění a péčí o pacienty s ním a je zpracovaná formou ošetřovatelského procesu. Teoretická část obsahuje popis schizofrenie, klinické formy, diagnostiku, příznaky a využívané způsoby léčby. Klade důraz na model psychodynamického ošetřovatelství vytvořený Hildegard E. Peplau, tedy model interpersonálních vztahů, jeho hlavní jednotky a popis jednotlivých fází modelu. V praktické části se věnuji dvěma pacientům se schizofrenií. U obou pacientů je zpracována kompletní anamnéza a katamnéza, následovaná ošetřovatelským procesem dle H. Peplau a ošetřovatelským plánem. |
| Abstract in different language: | Mine thesis deals with problematic of schizophrenia and taking care of patients with this disease and it´s compile by the form of nursing process. The theoretical part contains a description of schizophrenia, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and symptoms and used ways of treatment. Also included descriptions of psychodynamic nursing model developed by Hildegard E. Peplau, a model of interpersonal relations, his main unit and a description of each phase of this model. In the practical part I present two patients with schizophrenia. With both of them I write up a complete anamnesis and catamnesis, followed by nursing process by H. Peplau and nursing plan. |
