| Abstract: | Mezinárodní srovnání zvládání stresu a zátěže na standardním oddělení nemocnic v České republice a Německu obsahuje praktická část bakalářské práce, která vychází ve své úvodní teoretické části z definice stresu a zátěže. Charakterizuje zátěž a stresory, zabývá se reakcemi lidského organismu a zmiňuje rovněž biologii a neuroanatomii stresové reakce. Důležitou součástí práce jsou rovněž možnosti a techniky zvládání stresu a zátěže. Zejména tato část teoretické práce je důležitá pro navazující praktickou část, kde se již uplatňuje úvodem mezinárodní srovnání. Zaměřuje se především na psychickou a fyzickou zátěž zdravotní sestry, rozdíly v obou zemích a zvládání těchto faktorů, které mohou ovlivnit kvalitu zdravotnické péče a také kvalitu života zdravotní sestry. |
| Abstract in different language: | An international comparison of stress and strain management in standard hospital wards in the Czech Republic and Germany is the focus of the practical part of this bachelor thesis, whose introductory theoretical section contains the definitions of stress and strain. It characterizes strain and stressors, deals with the reactions of the human organism, and also mentions the biology and neuroanatomy of a stressful reaction. Equally important in the thesis are the possibilities and techniques of stress and strain management. This part of the theoretical section is of particular importance in the subsequent practical section, which is devoted to the international comparison. It focuses mainly on the psychological and physical strain on nursing personnel, and the differences in the two countries in terms of coping with these factors, which can affect the quality of nursing care as well as the quality of the nurses lives. |
