| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce s názvem Pohled laické veřejnosti na sdělování pravdy na nemocničním lůžku se zaměřuje na názor pacientů ohledně sdělování pravdy o těžkém nevyléčitelném onemocnění, způsobu předkládání pravdivých informací a dopadu tohoto sdělení na somatický i psychický stav člověka. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je podán teoretický úvod do problematiky komunikace s nemocným a jejích psychologických aspektů, vlastní praktická část potom prostřednictvím analýzy dotazníkového šetření hodnotí aplikovatelnost a správnost teoretických předpokladů do každodenní lékařské praxe. Pro ilustraci možné aplikace získaných poznatků do praxe je připojena analýza specifického případu formou ošetřovatelské kazuistiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis, called Patients? Point of View Towards the Truth Delivering on the Hospital Bed, focuses on non-proffesionalist?s opinion on telling the hard truth concerning their incurable illness, on the way of delivering it, and on the impact of this attitude upon the psychical and physical state of the patient. The work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theory on communication rules between the physician and the patient, and the basics of psychology aspects of the illness. The second, practical one, analyses the issue on the background of questionaire-based investigation. To illustrate the question, a specific case report is presented as a part of the evaluation. |
