| Abstract: | Cílem práce bylo zmapovat rozhodovací proces sociálních pracovníků při řešení domácího násilí páchaného na seniorech. V teoretické části byla obecně rozebrána problematika domácího násilí a dilemata, která mohou v průběhu identifikace a řešení tohoto problému nastat. V praktické části byly poznatky teoretické porovnány s poznatky sociálních pracovnic organizace CPOS Město Touškov. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí rozhovorů, které zjišťovaly, jakým způsobem rozhodovací proces probíhá, jak a čím je ovlivněn a která dilemata mohou v souvislosti s tímto rozhodovacím procesem u sociálních pracovníků vzniknout. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim was to explore the decision-making process of social workers in dealing with domestic violence against seniors. In the theoretical part was generally dealt with the issue of domestic violence and dilemmas that may arise during the identification and solution of this problem to occur. In the practical part were compared with the theoretical knowledge of the social workers of the organization cpos Touskov. The research was conducted using interviews that clarifies how the decision-making process is, how and what is affected and dilemmas that may arise in connection with this decision-making process for social workers arise. |
