| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma Oprávněné použití zbraně pojednává o jednom z institutů okolností vylučujících protiprávnost. Po definování oprávněného použití zbraně a dalších okolností vylučujících protiprávnost, které mají blízkou souvislost právě s oprávněným použitím zbraně, se tato práce také zabývá otázkou, co je to zbraň a jaké je její dělení. Hlavní část této práce rozebírá konkrétní ustanovení zvláštních právních předpisů, které upravují použití zbraně pro jednotlivé příslušníky ozbrojených sborů. Závěrem se také zabývá porovnání institutu oprávněného použití zbraně s nutnou obranou. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the subject of authorized use a weapon, specifically with one of the institutes circumstances excluding illegality. After defining authorized use of a weapon and other circumstances excluding illegality, which have a close relationship with a legitimate use of a weapon, this work also deals with the question, what a weapon is and what its division is. The main part of this thesis discusses the specific provisions of special laws that regulate the use of weapons for the individual members of the armed forces. Finally, this work also deals with the comparison of the Institute authorized use of a weapon of self-defense. |
