| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením virtuálního obráběcího stroje a následnou simulací. V teoretické části práce je popsáno několik CAM systémů, jejich principy, výhody a nevýhody. Vysvětleny jsou pojmy jako reverzní inženýrství, NC simulace nebo Leica. V praktické části DP byla provedena rekonstrukce pěti frézovacích hlav pomocí skenovacího zařízení. Byla řešena kinematika frézovacích hlav a obráběcího stroje. Po vytvoření virtuálního stroje byl model použit pro simulaci obrábění nerotačního tělesa. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with creating virtual machine and subsequent simulations. In the theoretical part describes several CAM systems, their principles, advatages and disadvantages. Describes the concepts: reverss engineering, NC simulation or Leica. In the practical part of work was reconstructed five milling heads using a scanning device. Was resolved kinematicsmilling heads and machine. After creating a virtual machine, model was used machine simulation on unrotating model. |
