| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá obrobitelností oceli 18CrNiMo 7-6. Teoretická část této práce se zaobírá obecným popisem, ovlivňujícími vlastnostmi a vyhodnocováním obrobitelnosti. V experimentální části je porovnáván stejný materiál, s rozdílem, že k překování materiálu na požadovaný tvar probíhalo ve třech různých kovárnách. V práci se vyhodnocovalo opotřebení břitu nástroje, vzniklé třísky, řezné síly, struktura a mikrotvrdost. Velkým přínosem je spolupráce s firmou Wikov Gear s. r. o., obohacení teoretických znalostí a experimentálních zkušeností, které se týkají problematiky obrobitelnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This case study discusses 18CrNiMo 7-6 steel machinability. Theoretical part of this work talks about general descriptions, influencing characteristics and machinebility assesment. In the experimental part of the study same material is being compared to others with distinction that reforging of the material to the required shape was done in three different forging workshops. Tool wear, chip production, cutting forces, structure and microhardness was all being evaluated in this case study. The biggest contribution was the cooperation with Wikov Gear s.r.o., increasing theoretical knowledge and practical experiences related to steel machinability. |
