| Abstract: | Práce se snaží nahlížet na Brandtovu východní politiku jako na problém, jehož reflexe vyžaduje zkoumání hned několika rovin vývoje poválečného Německa. Tedy nejen čistě politickou rovinu mezistátních smluvních vztahů, ale též další nezbytné oblasti společenského vývoje v poválečném Německu (osobní vztahy jednotlivých aktérů, kulturní vývoj, rozvoj německých spolků a společností atd.). Další důležitou součástí textu bude dění v poválečném Německu z pohledu československé zahraničněpolitické elity a též pohled NSR na dění v Československu.V závěru práce odpovím na otázku, zda se Pražská smlouva stala skutečně tím, co si od ní současníci slibovali a do jaké míry se díky této smlouvě podařilo reálně ovlivnit vztahy obou zúčastněných zemí. Tedy, reprezentuje-li Pražská smlouva skutečnou podobu východní politiky tak, jak ji vnímal její hlavní tvůrce Willy Brandt. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work of trying to look at the Brandtovu of the Eastern policy as a problem whose reflection requires examination of the several planes of development of post-war Germany. Thus not only the purely political plane of international contractual relationships, but also other essential areas of social development in postwar Germany (personal relationships of the different actors, cultural development, the development of German associations and companies, etc.). Another important part of the text will be happening in postwar Germany from the perspective of the Czechoslovak foreign policy elite, and also view the FEDERAL REPUBLIC on the events in Czechoslovakia.At the conclusion of the work of the answer to the question of whether the Treaty of Prague has become really what from her contemporaries had promised, and the extent to which this Treaty was able to realistically affect the relations between the two countries. Therefore, if the Prague Treaty represents a real form of the Eastern policy, as it saw its main creator of Willy Brandt. |
