| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje problematice ukládání pokut ve spojitosti se spácháním přestupku nebo jiného správního deliktu. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na problematiku pokut uložených v blokovém řízení. Závěr práce je pak věnovám pořádkovým pokutám. |
