| Abstract: | Disertační práce se zabývá vyhodnocením sídelních strategií pozdně paleolitických a mezolitických lokalit na území Čech a na vybraném území Bavorska, resp. na území Dolního Bavorska a Horní Falce. Součástí práce je rovněž katalog evidovaných lokalit. Sídelní strategie jsou hodnoceny také na základě vytvořených predikčních map v prostředí GIS, jejichž platnost je následně zkoumána pomocí povrchových sběrů na zvolených územích Tachovska, Eschlkam a Neukirchen beim Heiligen Blut. V závěru práce je rovněž krátký etnoarcheologický exkurz k domorodým lovcům a sběračům v Austrálii. |
| Abstract in different language: | The PhD thesis is focused on evaluation of settlement strategies of Upper Palaeolithic and Mesolithic sites at the area of Bohemia and selected parts of Bavaria (Oberpfalz and Niederbayern). The part of this thesis is also the list of registered sites. Settlement strategies are evaluated also at the basis of created predictive maps. Mentioned maps were generated by using ArcGIS Desktop Software. The validity of created predictive maps is tested by using surface collection at the area of Tachov district in Bohemia and Eschlkam and Neukirchen Beim Heiligen Blut in Bavaria. At the end of the thesis is brief ethno-archaeological excursion to the Aboriginal hunter-gatherer in Australia. |
