| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce obsahuje konstrukční návrh pohonu klikového lisu s jmenovitou lisovací silou 400 tun. Jako převodový mechanismus se zde uplatňuje planetový diferenciál s dvojitými satelity a regulací korunového kola sekundárním elektromotorem. Práce obsahuje výpočet a kontrolu ozubení, částí pro přenos sil a jejich spojů. Ke konstrukci modelu byl využit CAD software Autodesk Inventor 2011. K simulaci zatížení Siemens NX 8.5. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelory work includes the design of the drive crank press with a nominal compression force of 400 tons. As the transmission mechanism is applied planetary differential with twin satellites and control the secondary ring gear motor. The work includes the calculation and control gears, power transmission components and their connections. The design of the model was used CAD software Autodesk Inventor 2011. Loads to simulate Siemens NX 8.5. |
