| Abstract: | Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám zejména základní charakteristikou exekuce a exekučního řízení, účinnou právní úpravou a jejím srovnáním s právní úpravou účinnou do 31. 12. 2012. Cílem mé práce je také seznámit čtenáře s úpravou postihu podílu společníka ve společnosti s ručením omezeným a v družstvu. Ve své práci jsem se maximálně snažil o prolnutí jak teoretického základu daného právní úpravou, tak praktického pohledu soudního exekutora při aplikaci těchto institutů v jednotlivých exekučních řízeních. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my diploma thesis I deal mainly with execution in general, with legislation in force and comparison with legislation before 1.1.2013. The aim of the thesis is also to acquaint the reader with execution order against the business share of a company and cooperative member. In my diploma thesis I have tried to blend both the theoretical basis of the legislation and practical view of a judicial officer in the application of these institutes in individual enforcement proceedings. |
