| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na předčasně narozené novorozence a ranou péči. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny vývojové fáze plodu, porod, novorozenec zralý a nezralý. Autorka mapuje různé druhy rané péče, od zajištění zdravotního stavu po rozvoj vazby mezi matkou a dítětem a zdravým psychickým vývojem jedince. Zdůrazňuje pozitivní vliv vhodné terapie na budoucí vývoj a kvalitu života dítěte. V celé práci se prolínají dva pohledy na tuto problematiku, psychologický a zdravotnický. Praktická část ověřuje informace z části teoretické. V této části se autorka věnuje pěti konkrétním případům předčasně narozených dětí. Tato část obsahuje případové studie nedonošených jedinců a rozhovory s jejich matkami. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on the premature newborns and subsequent child care. The theoretical part defines the development stages of the foetus, childbirth, immature and mature newborns. The author describes different types of early child care, from securing its health to development of the bond between mother and child, as well as healthy psychological development of the individual. It emphasizes the positive impact of the suitable therapy on the future development and quality of children's life. This work aims to analyse the case from two different points of view, psychological and medical. The practical part subsequently upholds the thesis of the theoretical part. In this section, the author describes five specific cases of premature birth. This section contains studies of cases of premature subjects as well as interviews with their mothers. |
