| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vysvětlit a objasnit otázku externalit, okrajově vysvětlit funkci veřejných statků, získané informace využít k popisu vybrané kladné externality a celkově zhodnotit podporu státu této kladné externality. Teoretická část práce je nejprve vysvětluje rozdělení externalit, jak vznikají a jak lze záporné externality potlačit. Praktická část uvádí, jak je možné podporovat kladné externality a představuje vybranou kladnou externalitu - lesnictví. Práce na závěr také popisuje, jakým způsobem je podpora v lesnictví realizována v České republice. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to clarify the inquiry of the externality, explain the basic function of public goods, gained knowledge employ for positive externalities description and overall evaluate the state support of the positive externalities. The theoretical part firstly describes the externalities? classification, their occurrence and the possibilities of negative externalities reduction. The practical (experimental, applied) part shows the potential of positive externalities endorsement and it introduces a selected positive externality - the forestry. At the end the thesis also describes how the forestry support is implemented in the Czech Republic. |
