| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi zrychlené sferoidizace cementitu za pomoci termomechanického válcování v podmínkách laboratorní trati ve firmě COMTES FHT. Experimentálním materiálem byla středněuhlíková ocel C45. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem termomechanického válcování a sferoidizace cementitu. V praktické části byly provedeny 3 etapy válcovacích režimů. Následně byl zkoumán vliv jednotlivých parametrů na výslednou strukturu s důrazem na sferoidizaci cementitu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with possibilities of accelerated cementite spherodization by using thermomechanical rolling in conditions of laboratory rolling mill in company COMTES FHT. The experimental material was a middle-carbon steel C45. The theoretical part deals with description of the thermomechanical rolling and cementite spherodization. In the experimental part 3 rolling regimes were performed. Subsequently the influence of the individual parameters on resulting microstructure with an emphasis on cementite spherodization were investigated. |
