| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o implementaci práva Evropské unie v České republice. První kapitola je věnována pramenům práva EU. Následující dvě se zabývají implementací práva obecně i v českém právním prostředí. Kapitola čtvrtá pojednává o aplikaci práva EU. Na konci je charakterizováno řízení o žalobě o porušení Smlouvy a odpovědnost za porušení práva EU. Cílem této práce je prozkoumat systém implementace práva Evropské unie v České republice v jeho institucionálních souvislostech. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of the law of European union. The first chapter deals with sources of european law. Next two chapters are about the implementation in general and also in the Czech Republic. In the fourth chapter is characterized the aplication of law. Last chapters of diploma thesis are dealing with the infringement procedure and the liability for damages. The main goal of my diploma thesis is to scrutinize the phenomenon in the specific legal and institutional context of the Czech Republic. |
