| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na teoretický návrh větrné elektrárny z elektrického hlediska a z hlediska působení zpětných vlivů na distribuční soustavu provozovatele. V rámci teoretických podkladů je navržena větrná elektrárna o vybraném výkonu a způsob měření. Jsou stanoveny základní požadavky a podmínky pro možnost umístění, vzhled a fungování větrného parku v České republice. Problémy spojené s legislativou připojení a provozování větrného parku jsou řešeny jen z informativního hlediska. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on the theoretical design of wind power station from the electrical point of view and from the viewpoint of reverse effects on the distribution system operator. Within the theoretical basis is proposed wind farm on the selected output, connect it to the system operator and the method of measurement. There are set out the basic terms and conditions for the possibility of location, appearance and operation of a wind farm in the Czech Republic. Problems associated with the legislation of the connection and operation of the wind farm are addressed only on information level. |
