| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na controllingové aktivity v oblasti nákladů a zásob ve společnosti Kdynium a. s. Celá diplomová práce je pomyslně rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je vymezen samotný pojem controlling, jeho cíle, funkce, úlohy a analýzy controllingu, definovány náklady, kalkulace a také představen controlling zásob. Praktická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou společnosti Kdynium a. s., její finanční analýzou, SWOT analýzou a analýzou současných controllingových aktivit zaměřených na náklady a zásoby v této společnosti. Při jednotlivých analýzách bylo zvoleno časové období let 2008 - 2013. V závěru praktické části je zhodnocena efektivita controllingových aktivit ve společnosti a jsou navržena možná zlepšení a opatření, která by měla zvýšit efektivitu celého controllingu ve společnosti Kdynium a. s. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis focuses on the controlling activities within the costs and supplies areas in Kdynium a. s. The thesis has two parts theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part includes an explanation of the term controlling, its aims, functions, focus and analysis of controlling, it also defines the terms costs, calculations and contolling of supplies. The practical part deals with the attributes of Kdynium a. s., its financial analysis, SWOT analysis and it analyses the current controlling activities focusing on costs and supplies of the company. The time span for the analyses was between 2008 and 2013. In conclusion, the effectivity of the controlling activities is evaluated and the thesis suggests possible improvemets and measurements to increase the effectivity of the controlling as a whole in Kdynium a.s. |
