| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci je věnována pozornost složitému psychologickému prožívání pacientů s obávanou onkologickou diagnózou. Rozdělena je na část teoretickou a část praktickou, kde využívám kvalitativní výzkumné šetření a zaměřuji se v ní na hematoonkologické pacienty. V teoretické části jsou popsány nejčastější malignity krve, aktuální možnosti terapie, její nežádoucí účinky, psychologické faktory nemoci a péče o terminálně nemocné. Praktická část zahrnuje kvalitativní výzkumné šetření metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with patients' psychologically complicated experiencing the feared oncological disease. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part in which I use qualitatite research and focus on the hemato-oncological patients. The theoretical part describes the most common blood malignancies, the latest therapeutic alternatives, its side effects, the psychological factors of the disease and the care for the terminally ill. The practical part includes qualitative research through the method of the half-structured interview. |
