| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem předkládaného textu je tedy komplexně informovat o projektu SEPA od jeho počátku až do současnosti i s přihlédnutím k plánovanému budoucímu vývoji a se zvláštním důrazem na právní úpravu, která celý projekt provází. V souvislosti se zavedením eura a jeho postupným rozšiřováním se v rámci Evropské Unie nutně objevila snaha o co nejefektivnější používání jednotné měny mezi různými státy EU. Jednodušší platební styk mezi státy EU je ostatně jedním z důvodů, proč byla jednotná měna zavedena, a je významným faktorem při posilování ekonomické pozice zemí eurozóny. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main aim of the thesis is comprehensively informed about the SEPA project from its beginning to the present with regard to the planned future development, with special emphasis on legislation that accompanies the entire project. In connection with the introduction of the euro and its gradual expansion within the European Union appeared necessarily endeavor to ensure the most effective use of the single currency between different EU countries. Easier payments between EU countries is also one of the reasons why the single currency was introduced, and is an important factor in strengthening the economic position of the euro area countries. |
