| Abstract: | Práce je rozdělena do několika částí pokrývající právní řád České republiky, EU s přihlédnutím k platným trendům mezinárodního práva. Farmaceutický trh v ČR je výrazně ovlivněn vnitřním trhem EU a zásahy jednotlivých orgánů EU. Práce se zabývá vztahy mezi jednotlivými činiteli trhu s humánními léčivy. Ústředním bodem zkoumání je samotný trh s léčivy tak, jak je ovlivněn určeným legislativním rámcem. Legislativa pak určuje legální jednání jednotlivých zainteresovaných subjektů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The dissertation is divided into several parts spreading throughout law of Czech Republic and the European union with valid trends of international law being considered. Both internal market of the EU and the principles of individual authorities of the EU significantly influence pharmaceutical market in the Czech Republic. The dissertation deals with the relationships among individual factors of the market with human medicaments. The focal point of the investigation is the very pharmaceutical market as delineated by law. Legislation then states legal actions of individual interested subjects. |
