| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou elektricky vodivých lepidel. Teoretická část je zaměřena na strukturu a rozdělení elektricky vodivých lepidel, porovnání vlastností spojů lepených se spoji pájenými a na přehled dostupných elektricky vodivých lepidel na trhu. V praktické části je popsán experiment, který je zaměřený na mechanické vlastnosti lepeného spoje. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor this deals with conductive adhesives. The theoretical part focuses on the structure and distribution of electricaly conductive adhesives, comparing the properties of adhesive joints with soldered joints and the list of avaible electrically conductive adhesives on the market. The practical part descibes the experiment, which is focused on the mechanical properties of the adhesive joint. |
