| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá životem generálporučíka Františka Fajtla, od jeho dětství, přes válečné působení na zapadni i východní frontě, poválečný život, až po jeho skon. Přestože se práce zabývá jeho celým životem, převážná její část je zaměřena na jeho válečné působení na obou frontách, a vliv, který to mělo na jeho poválečný život. Prace vychází ze stávající literatury, kterou zároveň rozšiřují nové informace o Fajtlovu životu po válce, získané z osobního rozhovoru s jeho ženou Hanou Fajtlovou. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis presents an analysis of the life of lieutenant general František Fajtl, from his childhood through work on the western and eastern fronts of the Second World War, and post-war life to his death. Even though this work presents an overview of his entire life, the main focus is on his war activities and their influence on his life after the war. This work is dominantly informed by the existing literature, but at the same time presents new information about Fajtl's post-war life, obtained through the author's personal interview with his wife Hana Fajtlova. |
