| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zabývá tématem sňatkové migrace v souvislosti s fingovanými sňatky.Tento fenomén je spojován zejména s migrací cizinců ze třetích zemí. Tato kategorie cizinců bývá státními úředníky nejčastěji posuzována. V této práci jsou identifikovány hlavní faktory, které vstupují do posuzování státních úředníků.Dále se práce zaměřuje na způsoby hodnocení cizinců a binacionálních párů na základě jejich "představení" a určování indicií naznačujících, že se jedná právě o fingovaný vztah. |
| Abstract in different language: | The present thesis deals with marriage migration in connection with shame marriages.This phenomon is particulary associated with the migration of foreigners from third countries. In this work are identified principal factors which are taken to consideration of civil servants. Further the work focuses on the way, that is on the basis of individual performance, judged quality of relationship of stated binational couple and determines significant indication which may imply that this is fake relationship. |
