| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je popsat problematiku trestní odpovědnosti právnických osob, která je nově zavedeným institutem v českém právním řádu. Tato práce také zahrnuje porovnání s německým právním řádem. Dalším aspektem je aplikace dané normy v právní praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to describe the problems of criminal liability of legal persons, which is a newly established institute in the Czech legal system. This work also includes a comparison with the German legal system. Another aspect is the application of the standard in legal practice. |
