| Abstract: | V první části práce popisuji stručně historii výrazového tance, teoretické znalosti, které jsou nutné k výuce, a tanečně pohybovou průpravu. V druhé, praktické části, jsou popsány jednotlivé cvičební jednotky, které se skládají z rušné, průpravné, hlavní a závěrečné části. Každá hodina je zaměřena na jiná cvičení. Cílem práce bylo vytvoření pěti cvičebních lekcí, které jsem aplikovala v kurzu výrazového tance. CJ byly zaměřeny na průpravná taneční cvičení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The first part is focused on the history of expressive dance, theoretical knowledge required for teaching and dance training. The second practical part describes each training lesson, which includes the parts: warm up, preparing, main and final part. Every training lesson is focused on the different exercise. The principal goal of my thesis was to create five training lessons. Afterwards they were put into the practice during my lessons of expressive dance. They were focused on preparatory exercises in dance training. Five people- four women and one man - attended every training lesson. It lasts 60 minutes, but the best length would be 90 minutes. In 60 minutes training we cannot do difficult exercises. These training lessons were adjusted to dancers feedback and my opinion. |
