| Abstract: | Diplomová práce obsahuje informace o základních technologiích odlévání kovů. Numerickou simulaci vysokotlakého lití pro dva vtokové systémy. Konstrukci tlakové licí formy a popis jednotlivých komponentů. Numerická simulace byla provedena výpočtovým softwarem Cast-Designer. Konstrukce tlakové licí formy byla zhotovena pomocí CAD systému Catia V5R19. |
| Abstract in different language: | Diploma thesis includes information of the basic die casting technology. The thesis also contains a numerical simulation of high-pressure die casting for two gating systems. It also contains a design of die casting mold manipulator and description of its parts. The numerical simulation was performed by computation software Cast-Designer. The design of the die casting mold was created in CAD system Catia V5R19. |
