| Abstract: | V teoretické části bakalářské práce popisuji ošetřovatelský tým a týmovou spolupráci, jak takový tým má vypadat, co jednotlivé členy týmu spojuje, jak vzniklá atmosféra ovlivňuje jednotlivé členy a co studentům napomáhá zařadit se do týmu.Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění spokojenosti studentů s vykonáváním ošetřovatelské praxe a na celkový pohled studenta na vykonávání ošetřovatelské praxe. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part describes the nursing team and teamwork, how should team look like, what connects individual team members, how the atmosphere works upon the individual members and what helps to integrate each member into the team. The practical part is focused on finding out student´s satisfaction with providing health care practice and the general view of student on providing health care practice. |
