| Abstract: | Historicko-srovnávací práce je zaměřena na vývoj ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s roztroušenou sklerózou. V první části jsou popsány počátky neurologie v Evropě a následně v Čechách a současně i rozvoj ošetřovatelství. Práce mapuje historický vývoj poznatků o povaze onemocnění, o příčinné souvislosti s faktory vzniku a jejich vliv na nervovou soustavu. Práce klade důraz na změny v přístupu k pacientům a to i v souvislosti s moderní léčbou. Z hlediska ošetřovatelské péče je vyzdvižena role sester v ambulantní péči v oblasti edukace, komunikace a poradenství. V dalších kapitolách jsou popsány sociální aspekty onemocnění, potřeba fyzioterapie a psychoterapie. Rozhovor s pamětníkem přibližuje změny v ošetřovatelské péči ve srovnání s minulostí. V práci jsou shrnuty poznatky o roztroušené skleróze a je možné jich využít ke zkvalitnění péče o nemocné a zlepšení kvality jejich života. |
| Abstract in different language: | The historical comparative thesis is focused on the development of nursing care for patients with multiple sclerosis. In the first part are described beginnings of neurology in Europe and subsequently in Czech country simultaneously with development of nursing. The work maps historical evolution of knowledge of the nature of disease, of the factors involved it in its causation and how it affect the nervous system. The work emphasizes changes in the approach to patients and in connection with modern treatment. From the view of nursing care is pinpointed the role of nurses in ambulatory care of patients in the field of education, communication and consulting. In the next chapters are describes social aspects of disease, needful physiotherapy and psychotherapy. Interviews with witness is approaching changes in nursing care as compared to the past. The aim of thesis is to summarize the findings about multiple sclerosis and describe ways to improve the care for better quality of life of patients. |
