| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této diplomové práce bylo analyzovat spotřební chování vysokoškolských studentů Fakulty ekonomické Západočeské univerzity v Plzni v oblasti stravování a následně z výzkumem zjištěných informací stanovit závěry spotřebního chování a definovat doporučení pro oblast stravování. V první části práce byla zpracována teoretická východiska pro problematiku spotřebního chování a marketingového výzkumu. V druhé části práce byla charakterizována současná podoba odvětví stravování a pohostinství, konkrétně byla určena kategorizace stravovacích zařízení, zmíněna vybraná stravovací zařízení nacházející se v Plzni, definovány aktuální trendy v oboru a popsána aktuální problematika v této oblasti. Následovala analýza sekundárních dat, která vedla k definici trendu spotřebního chování ve stravování. Poslední část diplomové práce se týkala vlastního šetření spotřebního chování, definování skupiny respondentů, vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, stanovení závěrů šetření a byla navrhnuta doporučení pro oblast stravování. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this thesis was to analyze consumer behavior of university students of the Faculty of Economics University of West Bohemia in catering and subsequently to draw conclusions of consumer behavior based on the collected information of the research and define recommendations for the catering industry. In the first part of the thesis, theoretical basis for the issue of consumer behavior and marketing research was elaborated. In the second part, the current form of the catering industry was characterized, specifically there was determined categorization of catering facilities, mentioned selected catering facilities located in Pilsen, defined current trends and described the present issue in this industry. There followed an analysis of secondary data, which led to the definition of the trend in consumer behavior in catering. The last part of the thesis is concerned with the survey of consumer behavior, defining a group of the survey respondents, assessment and determining conclusions of the survey and there were suggested recommendations for the catering industry. | en |
