| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit vnitřní směrnici pro účetní výkaznictví vybraného společenství vlastníků jednotek. Práci lze rozdělit na dvě hlavní části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce jsou nejprve popsány formy bydlení a spoluvlastnictví domu v České republice v kontextu současných trendů. Poté jsou zde představena základní právní, účetní a daňová specifika společenství vlastníků jednotek. Následně je objasněna problematika rozvahového a výsledkového způsobu účtování a úskalí spojená s jeho aplikací ve společenství vlastníků jednotek a problematika majetku tohoto subjektu. V praktické části práce je nejprve představen vybraný subjekt a jeho hospodaření. Následně jsou zmapovány metodické postupy v jednotlivých oblastech účetního výkaznictví vybraného subjektu. Tyto postupy jsou zhodnoceny a v návaznosti na provedené zhodnocení jsou navrženy změny v problematických oblastech metodických postupů účetního výkaznictví vybraného subjektu společně s dalšími doporučeními. Výstupem předložené práce je návrh vnitřní směrnice pro metodické postupy účetního výkaznictví vybraného subjektu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main purpose of this diploma thesis is to construct the internal directive for methodical procedures in financial reporting of the chosen association of unit owners. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. In the beginning of the theoretical part is a description of the forms of housing and house ownership in Czech Republic in the context of current trends. The next part introduces the basic legal, accounting, and tax specifics of the association of unit owners. The theoretical part then deals with the issues concerning balance sheet and result technique of accounting and the difficulties connected with its application in the association of unit owners along with the issues concerning the assets of the association of unit owners. The practical part firstly introduces the chosen subject and its activities. Then the methodical procedures in each particular part of the financial reporting of the chosen subject are mapped. The procedures are then evaluated. Following the evaluation, the changes in the problematic areas of the methodical procedures in financial reporting of the chosen subject are proposed along with other recommendations. The outcome of the thesis is a proposal of the internal directive for methodical procedures in financial reporting of the chosen subject. |
