| Abstrakt: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na uplatnění franchisingu ve vybrané společnosti, konkrétně v realitní kanceláři Home Sweet Home. V úvodní části práce jsou popsaná teoretická východiska franchisingu. Další části se zabývají činností vybrané firmy a přibližují pohled franchisora a franchisanta této společnosti na podnikání formou franchisingu. V hlavní části práce jsou na základě vypracované analýzy prostředí firmy a SWOT analýzy uvedené konkrétní návrhy na rozšíření franchisingového konceptu realitní kanceláře Home Sweet Home. V závěru této části je navržený koncept stručně zhodnocený. Poslední kapitola sumarizuje klady a zápory této formy podnikání. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the franchising application in a selected company, specifically in the Home Sweet Home real estate agency. The introduction describes the theoretical basis of franchising. The following parts concentrate on the business activity of the selected company seen through the eyes of a franchiser and a franchisee. In the main part particular examples are listed as for how to enlarge the real estate agency franchising business. These are based on the analysis of the working environment in the company as well as the SWOT analysis. In conclusion, the suggested concept is being evaluated. The last chapter gives a summary of advantages and disadvantages of such a form of business activity. |
