| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá automatickou detekcí rakoviny s použitím obrazových deskriptorů. V práci jsou stručně shrnuty dostupné databáze se snímky. Následně jsou rozebrány obrazové deskriptory LBP, LDP a POEM, které slouží pro extrakci příznaku a poté klasifikátory SVM a MLP pro identifikaci rakoviny. Práce dále popisuje ovládání vzniklé aplikace a rozebírá dosažené výsledky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with an automatic cancer detection using image descriptors. The work briefly summarizes available image databases. It analyses the LBP, LDP and POEM image descriptors that are used for feature extraction, and the SVM and MLP classifi ers necessary for cancer identifi cation. Within the thesis, user manual and result analysis of the particular methods are provided. |
