| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozvodu manželství s ohledem na problematiku porozvodové péče o dítě. Cílem práce je zpracování této problematiky z hlediska historického, psychologického a právního. V závěru práce jsou předloženy návrhy změn současné legislativy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the issue of divorce with respect to childcare after parental divorce. The goal of this thesis is to create a complete summary of problems from the historical, psychological and legal point of view. In the end of this thesis are presented suggestions of amendment law. |
