| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá podílovým spoluvlastnictvím, které je bezpochyby jedním z nejzákladnějších právních institutů. Na začátku tato práce popisuje historický vývoj podílového spoluvlastnictví. Hlavní část této práce je věnována analýze současné české právní úpravy podílového spoluvlastnictví. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with co-ownership which is with no doubt one of the most basic legal institutes. In the begining this work describes historical development of co-ownership. The main part of this work is dedicated to the analysis of the current czech legislation on co-ownership. |
