| dc.description.abstract | Úkolem této diplomové práce je pojmout manželství jako komplex právních vztahů mezi manžely navzájem a mezi manžely a jejich rodinou. Vytyčuje také hlavní účel institutu manželství a věnuje pozornost ochranným ustanovením, která chrání zájmy rodiny. Vzájemné osobní povinnosti manželů vycházejí z právních norem, avšak naráží na problematiku jejich vynutitelnosti. V práci jsou rozebírány jednotlivá práva a povinnosti manželů a vliv jejich jednání na rodinný život. Práce se zabývá shrnutím a zhodnocením nové právní úpravy institutu manželství obsažené v občanském zákoníku účinném od 1. 1. 2014. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this dissertation is to approach the married state as a complex of law relations between man and wife themselves and among them and their family. It defines the main purpose of the married state and pays attention to protective regulation, which protects interests of family. Two-way personal obligations of man and wife proceed from the law, nevertheless we collide with the problem of their enforcement. This dissertation analyses particular rights and obligations of man and wife and the impact of their behaviour on their family life. This thesis concentrate on the summary and evaluation of the new marital law legislation contained in the new Civil Code that is effective since 1st January 2014. | en |
